BB (BPC-157 + TB-500) Dosing Guide

BB is BPC-157 and TB-500 together in one vial, 10 mg of each. Because the ratio is fixed, you cannot dose the two separately — every source handles this the same way: pick the BPC-157 dose you want, and accept the matching amount of TB-500 that comes with it. That means the TB-500 is spread out daily instead of in the big twice-weekly shots used on its own.

How much

The convention is 1 mg of blend per injection — 500 mcg of BPC-157 and 500 mcg of TB-500 — once a day. The range is 0.5–2 mg of blend a day (250 mcg to 1 mg of each).

The daily TB-500 works out to about 3.5 mg a week, which roughly matches the weekly total of a solo TB-500 loading phase. Several sources note that a 1:1 blend delivers less TB-500 per shot than the solo 2.5 mg convention; if you want a true TB-500 loading dose, they suggest adding a separate TB-500 vial rather than pushing the blend higher (which would overshoot the BPC-157).

How often & when

Once daily is the most common; 5 days on / 2 off is the main alternative. Some guides run a heavier first week or two (for example 20 units) before settling at 10 units.

Inject subcutaneously, either near the injury or in the abdomen. Morning on an empty stomach is the frequent suggestion.

How long

6–12 weeks, with 8–12 weeks the most-cited course, followed by a 2–4 week break.

Mixing the vial

Doses below are for a standard U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). The formula: units = dose in mg ÷ concentration in mg/mL × 100. Bacteriostatic water is the usual diluent. A standard peptide vial holds about 3 mL of liquid at most — the store’s vials included — so every row below stays at or under 3 mL. Guides elsewhere that call for 4–5 mL will not fit.

With 2 mL, one unit is 50 mcg of each peptide — the same clean math as a solo 10 mg BPC-157 vial. At 10 units a day the vial lasts 20 days.

Practical tips

  • Refrigerate after mixing and use within about 30 days. TB-500 is considered the less stable of the two, so do not stretch it.
  • Rotate sites; the volume is small (0.1–0.2 mL).
  • You cannot adjust the ratio. Dose to the BPC-157 target and let the TB-500 follow.
  • For a TB-500-heavy protocol (big twice-weekly loading shots), add a separate TB-500 vial rather than increasing the blend.

No trial has tested the combination. The individual compounds are supported mainly by animal data (see the BPC-157 and TB-500 guides), so blend dosing is pure community convention.

How many units of BB do I take?

10 units a day is the standard with 20 mg mixed in 2 mL — that is 500 mcg of BPC-157 and 500 mcg of TB-500.

Is the TB-500 dose too low in a 1:1 blend?

Per shot, yes, compared with the 2.5 mg solo convention — but daily dosing adds up to roughly a loading-phase weekly total. Sources that want more TB-500 add a separate vial.

How long does a 20 mg BB vial last?

20 days at 10 units a day; 40 days at 5 units.
