GLOW (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) Dosing Guide
A skin-and-recovery blend dosed to the copper peptide: 10 units a day is the standard.
GLOW is a three-peptide blend built around GHK-Cu, with BPC-157 and TB-500 added for recovery. Since the vial is 71% copper peptide, every guide doses it by the GHK-Cu target (about 1.5–2.5 mg a day) — and at that level the other two peptides automatically land in their normal 250–500 mcg range. Ten units a day is the number that shows up everywhere.

How much
The consensus is 10 units (0.1 mL) once a day with the vial mixed in 3 mL — about 2.33 mg of blend, which is 1.67 mg GHK-Cu, 333 mcg BPC-157 and 333 mcg TB-500. That exact 1.7 / 0.33 / 0.33 breakdown appears in at least four separate guides.
The range across sources is 2–3.5 mg of blend a day: for example 2 mg GHK-Cu + 400 mcg each of the others, or — with a 2 mL mix — 2.5 mg GHK-Cu + 500 mcg each at the same 10 units.
How often & when
Once daily is the most-cited schedule; Monday to Friday is the main alternative. A minority run five days a week for the first four weeks and drop to three days a week for maintenance.

How long
4–6 weeks on, then 2–4 weeks off is the most common pattern; at 10 units a day, one vial is about a month, so a vial equals a cycle. Longer 8–12 week runs with 4–8 weeks off also appear. The off-period exists because of cumulative copper from the GHK-Cu.
Mixing the vial
Doses below are for a standard U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). The formula: units = dose in mg ÷ concentration in mg/mL × 100. Bacteriostatic water is the usual diluent. A standard peptide vial holds about 3 mL of liquid at most — the store’s vials included — so every row below stays at or under 3 mL. Guides elsewhere that call for 4–5 mL will not fit.

3 mL is the dominant convention for this vial — it gives a month of daily doses and keeps the copper sting down. The 2 mL mix delivers a heavier dose at the same 10 units.

Practical tips
- A blue solution is normal. Refrigerate and use within about 4 weeks; some guides say sooner, because BPC-157 and TB-500 are less stable in solution than GHK-Cu.
- Stinging and redness at the site come from the copper — dilute more and inject slowly.
- The ratio is fixed. Dose to the GHK-Cu target; the other two peptides follow.
- Commonly quoted timeline for skin and hair changes is 4–8 weeks. Cycle off between runs.
